Recruitment Day Information:
Candidates' compliance with the requirements listed below will be verified during the recruitment event. Punctuality is essential, and the recruitment process may extend into the late afternoon. Applicants should bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Attendance at any recruitment event is welcome, regardless of the applicant's desired base.
Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant:
- Prioritizing both safety and customer care.
- Performing on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Greeting passengers with a positive attitude and assisting them throughout the flight.
- Embodying the company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming part of a team of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship (EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian with PESEL). Other residence permits (work, student, etc.) are not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- High school degree.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Residence or willingness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to commute based on the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body exposed while wearing the uniform.
- Enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
- Vision correction within the range of +4 to -4 diopters (glasses or contact lenses). Candidates outside of this range are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
