Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - Katowice Base

Wizz Air is actively seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join its award-winning team as Flight Attendants/Cabin Crew. This is an exciting opportunity to embark on a dynamic career, meeting new people while ensuring passenger safety and providing exceptional customer care.

Recruitment Day Details:

Date: 18 March 2025
Time: 09:00 am sharp (Application closes 24 hours before the event)
Location: Novotel Katowice Centrum, al. Rozdzienskiego 16, Katowice 40-202, Poland

Interested candidates are invited to attend the Recruitment Day in Katowice. Compliance with the requirements listed below will be verified during the event. Please arrive promptly and anticipate that the process may extend until late afternoon. Candidates should bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Attendance is welcome regardless of the base for which the applicant is applying.

Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant:

Prioritize both safety and customer care.
Adhere to Company policies in performing on-board and ground duties.
Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
Welcome passengers warmly and assist them throughout the flight.
Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Contribute to a collaborative environment within a team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Requirements:

Valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship, evidenced by: EU Residence Card, EU Passport, or Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL number. (Note: Other residence permits, such as work or student permits, are not accepted.)
Minimum age of 18 years.
Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
High school diploma.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Ability to swim.
Residence or willingness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base, and ability to commute according to work schedule.
Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the uniform.
Enthusiastic and personable with a passion for working with people.
If wearing glasses or contact lenses, prescription should be within +4 or -4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.
