Wizz Air is holding a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in Gdansk for its Gdansk base on March 18, 2025. The event will take place at the Focus Hotel Premium Gdansk, Nad Stawem 5, 80-454 GdaĆsk, Polska, starting promptly at 09:00 am. Please note that applications close 24 hours before the event.
Wizz Air is continuously seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for flight attendant/cabin crew positions to join its award-winning team. This recruitment day is a chance to learn more about becoming a valued member of the Wizz Air family.
Attendees should read the requirements listed below, as compliance will be checked during the recruitment event. Candidates should arrive sharply on time and be prepared for a process that may last until late afternoon. It is essential to bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Applicants may attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base they are applying for.
As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the individual will:
- Focus on both safety and customer care.
- Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers with a smile and assist them during the flight.
- Act in accordance with the values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Be part of a new family of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Right to work in Poland without employer sponsorship, demonstrated by:
- EU Residence Card
- EU Passport
- Ukrainian citizenship with PESEL.
Note: Any other Residence permit (Work, Student..) is not accepted.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- High school degree.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Residence or willingness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base, prepared to commute upon work schedule.
- Absence of tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the uniform.
- An enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
- Please note that if you wear glasses or contact lenses and your prescription is above +4 or below -4, you are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
