Core Responsibilities and Duties
The successful Flight Attendant will serve as a vital ambassador for Wizz Air, dedicating focus to both safety and unparalleled customer care.
- Prioritizes safety and exceptional customer care throughout all operational phases.
- Executes all ground and on-board duties in strict compliance with Company policies and aviation regulations.
- Manages in-flight retail sales and ensures accurate cash handling procedures.
- Welcomes passengers warmly and provides professional assistance and guidance throughout the flight duration.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements
- Must possess the legal right to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Minimum age of 18 years is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Minimum physical requirement: Arm reach of 210 cm (measured while standing on tiptoes).
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency (written and spoken) in the English language is mandatory.
- Ability to swim confidently.
- Willingness to live or relocate within a 60-minute travel radius of the chosen base (Tuzla) to accommodate work schedules.
- No visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body when wearing the standard cabin crew uniform.
- Must demonstrate enthusiasm and a genuine enjoyment of working collaboratively with people.
Medical Note: Candidates whose spectacle or contact lens prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
