Core Responsibilities and Duties

The successful Flight Attendant will serve as a vital ambassador for Wizz Air, dedicating focus to both safety and unparalleled customer care.

• Prioritizes safety and exceptional customer care throughout all operational phases.
• Executes all ground and on-board duties in strict compliance with Company policies and aviation regulations.
• Manages in-flight retail sales and ensures accurate cash handling procedures.
• Welcomes passengers warmly and provides professional assistance and guidance throughout the flight duration.
• Upholds Wizz Air corporate values, including dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, at all times.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Must possess the legal right to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina without requiring employer sponsorship.
• Minimum age of 18 years is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Minimum physical requirement: Arm reach of 210 cm (measured while standing on tiptoes).
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency (written and spoken) in the English language is mandatory.
• Ability to swim confidently.
• Willingness to live or relocate within a 60-minute travel radius of the chosen base (Tuzla) to accommodate work schedules.
• No visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body when wearing the standard cabin crew uniform.
• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and a genuine enjoyment of working collaboratively with people.

Medical Note: Candidates whose spectacle or contact lens prescription exceeds +4 or falls below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
