As a result of our continued success, we are looking for candidates to join our apprenticeship program where we will financially support you gaining your commercial flying license whilst gaining invaluable experience in our 24/7 Operations Control Centre

Job Description

Whilst on the three-year apprenticeship program, you will work in our Operations Control Centre, starting as an Operations Assistant. Duties include but are not limited to:-

1. Worldwide flight planning
2. Co-ordinating training activities for flight crew
3. Arranging the overflight/landing permissions, ground handling, slots, fuel, catering and transport
4. Maintain and update the operations management systems during the whole shift
5. Direct communication with the crew members

Whilst gaining phenomenal Operations experience, we have a pathway in addition to financial assistance to support you gaining your commercial pilot license which ultimately could see you flying one of our beautiful aircraft on behalf of private individuals.

As well as a structured pathway for training, you will also receive an internal flight crew mentor to support your continued development in the world of aviation.

Qualifications

In our opinion, an opportunity like this doesn’t come up very often, so we are only looking for individuals who are truly passionate about aviation and want to commit to their own success. In addition, we will require the following: –

1. Ability to work a 24/7 shift pattern which is likely to be 4 on 4 off, 12-hour days and night shifts
2. Must be able to pass a UK CAA Class 1 Medical
3. Ability to speak ICAO Level 6 English
4. Demonstrate an ability to pass an arduous post graduate degree level course with 14+ exams.
5. Proven ability to work in a face paced environment with the ability to offer outstanding customer experience
6. Right to live and work in the UK
