Required Qualifications:
This position demands a highly skilled and experienced pilot with a proven track record. Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- FAA ATP Rating: A valid Air Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate is mandatory.
- Medical Certification: A current First Class Medical Certificate is required.
- Experience and Hours:
- Fixed-Wing Experience: Minimum of 3,000 hours of fixed-wing flight time.
- Pilot in Command (PIC): Minimum of 1,500 hours of PIC experience.
- Multi-Engine Experience: Minimum of 1,500 hours of multi-engine flight time.
- Instrument Flight Rules (IFR): At least 300 hours logged in IFR conditions.
- Turbine Experience: A minimum of 1,000 hours of turbine flight time is required.
- Operational Experience: Demonstrated experience operating under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
- Recent Flight Activity: A minimum of 150 hours of flight time within the past 365 days and 30 hours within the previous 90 days are essential.
- Safety Record: A clean safety record with no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last five years.
- International Standards: Compliance with the requirements outlined in ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10, specifically as it pertains to aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
- Travel Authorization: The ability to travel to and from all cities and countries served by the Vista Family of Companies is a requirement.
- Work Authorization: Valid work authorization in the United States is essential.
