Captain - CE560XL (Home Based)
Vista America, a leading operating partner of Vista Global, seeks an experienced and dedicated Captain to join its flight deck team. Job Summary:
The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the CE560XL aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of service and excellence are maintained. This role offers significant career growth opportunities within the Vista fleet, including advancement to larger aircraft and leadership positions. The Captain will be supported by a global team and will have access to 24/7/365 pilot leadership.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a highly competitive compensation package including:
- Year 1 guaranteed base pay for Citation XL up to $140,000
- Additional pay for extra days worked

- Per diem of $75/$120 per day (domestic/international)
- Choice of vacation time or a $10,000 in-lieu-of-vacation bonus

Minimum Qualifications for Citation XL:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Rating
- Type rating in CE560XL preferred, but not required
- 2,500 hours total fixed-wing flight time
- 1,500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
- 1,000 hours multi-engine flight time
- 1,000 hours turbine flight time
- 150 hours logged Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) time
Additional Pilot Requirements:
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years
- Meets ICAO Annex 1-2.1.10 requirements for international commercial air transport operations
- Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served by Vista Family of Companies
- Authorization to work in the United States
- 150 hours flight time in the previous 365 days / 30 hours in the previous 90 days
