Key Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew member, the primary responsibilities include:
- Warmly welcoming passengers onboard and assisting them with disembarking.
- Delivering clear, comprehensive safety briefings and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations.
- Providing outstanding service to all guests throughout their flight.
- Assisting passengers with special requirements and ensuring a positive experience for unaccompanied minors.
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team and engaging with new people daily.
- Demonstrating resilience and composure when managing unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, flight delays, or emergencies.
- Maintaining a calm and confident presence to ensure passengers feel secure and well-cared for.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- At least three years of previous employment experience (full-time or part-time) in roles focused on customer care or people support.
- Possession of a valid passport with at least 18 months of remaining validity.
- Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, or the ability to obtain one promptly.
- Possess a current Australian First Aid and CPR certificate, or the ability to obtain one promptly.
- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, public holidays, and during peak travel periods.
- Ability to reach a height of 180cm.
- Comfort working in an environment where animals (cats and dogs) may occasionally travel on board.
