Upcoming Cabin Crew Ground School
Commencing 19 January 2026, Airnorth will conduct a comprehensive Cabin Crew Ground School. This intensive training program, spanning up to four weeks, is delivered by expert trainers dedicated to equipping new recruits with the essential knowledge and skills required for success in their cabin crew duties.

Essential Requirements for Applicants
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Possession of a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- A valid Passport with a minimum of 12 months remaining validity.
- Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Tetum, is advantageous.
- Must meet specific height requirements: between 155cm and 175cm.
- Current First Aid Certificate, including CPR, from a recognised Australian provider.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- A minimum of one year's experience in Customer Service or Hospitality.
- Ability to obtain and hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which necessitates a police check.
- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical examination.
- Demonstrated ability to swim 50 metres unaided.
- Availability to work a flexible roster 24/7, including weekends, public holidays, and peak periods, with reliable transportation.
