Providing outstanding service to all passengers, offering assistance to those with special needs, and ensuring a pleasant flight experience, particularly for unaccompanied minors, are key duties.
This role involves working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, interacting with new people daily, and demonstrating resilience and adaptability in managing unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, flight delays, or emergencies. Maintaining composure and confidence under pressure is essential to ensuring passengers feel safe and well-cared for.
