Flexibility is essential, as Flight Attendants must be available for global assignments 24/7, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours. Dependability and timeliness are critical to maintaining operational schedules and meeting customer expectations.

United Airlines offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly flight pay of $28.88, with top of base scale at $67.11/hour. Seniority-based pay increases and additional compensation are provided for language skills, lead positions, and international trips. During the 6.5-week training program in Houston, TX, United provides a $140/week stipend, accommodations, breakfast, and lunch. Successful training graduates will also receive a $1,000 bonus.
