The successful candidate will influence customer loyalty through excellent service.

Flexibility is paramount, as United's Flight Attendants must be available for global assignments 24/7, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours. The role requires fulfilling reserve assignments on short notice and being away from base for extended periods. Dependability and timeliness are critical to success. The Flight Attendant will consistently demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting hourly flight pay is $28.88/hour, with top of base scale at $67.11/hour. Seniority-based pay increases and additional compensation are available for language skills, lead positions, and international trips. United Airlines offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

New hires will participate in a 6.5-week training program in Houston, TX, learning United's safety and customer service standards. United provides a $140/week per diem, along with accommodations, breakfast, and lunch during training. Successful training graduates will receive a $1,000 bonus. Upon completion of training, Flight Attendants will be assigned to one of the hub locations: Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, Washington Dulles, or one of United's other flight attendant base locations. (Relocation funds are not provided).
