The role requires fulfilling reserve assignments on short notice and being away from base for extended periods. Compensation and Benefits:

United Airlines offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly flight pay of $28.88, with top of base scale at $67.11/hour. Seniority-based pay increases and additional compensation are available for language skills, lead positions, and international trips. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, an Employee Assistance Program, and flight privileges for employees, their families, and friends. United also provides inclusive uniform standards and prioritizes safety and cleanliness. During the 6.5-week training program in Houston, TX, United provides a \$140/week per diem, accommodations, breakfast, and lunch. Successful training graduates will receive a $1,000 bonus.
