Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Be at least 21 years old at the time of application.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates with two or more years of college experience.
- Have at least one year of customer service experience in industries such as retail, hospitality, education, or aviation.
- Possess excellent communication skills, including fluency in English. Fluency in Japanese is mandatory for this specific role.
- Be proficient in operating electronic devices.
- Maintain a valid US passport or foreign passport with applicable visas, allowing unrestricted global travel and at least 18 months of validity remaining at the time of application.
- Be physically capable of fulfilling the role's demands, including lifting heavy luggage (up to 250 lbs.), reaching overhead compartments, and passing a functional reach assessment.
