Upon completion, you will be assigned to one of our seven hubs: Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, or Washington Dulles. Applicant Profile:
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A High School diploma or GED equivalent (2+ years of college preferred) and at least one year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and Dutch.
- The ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations.
- A professional appearance adhering to United's uniform and grooming standards.
- A valid passport with at least 18 months of remaining validity and unrestricted global travel eligibility.
- The physical ability to perform the role's demands, including lifting heavy luggage and pushing beverage carts.
