Comprehensive Training and Support
United provides a comprehensive 6.5-week training program in Houston, TX, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to excel in this dynamic role. During training, you'll receive a $140/week stipend, accommodations, and meals. Upon successful completion, you'll receive a $1,000 bonus and be assigned to one of our seven hubs – Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Newark, San Francisco, Washington Dulles, or one of our other flight attendant base locations.

Essential Responsibilities
As an ambassador of the United brand, you will:
- Prioritize safety as paramount, ensuring the highest levels of safety for all passengers and crew.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a "people-first" demeanor, adapting to diverse situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working a 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, to support United's global operations.
- Thrive as a team player, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED, with 2 or more years of college preferred.
- Demonstrate at least one year of customer service experience in a service industry.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and Dutch.
- Possess a valid U.S. passport book or foreign passport book with applicable visas and at least 18 months of remaining validity at the time of application.
- Be eligible to travel globally without restrictions, meeting the entry and exit requirements of all countries served by United.
- Meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift heavy objects, operate equipment, and comfortably occupy a jump seat.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment DOT drug screen, comprehensive background check, fingerprinting, and vision/hearing tests.
