Exceptional Training and Support

United provides comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will embark on a six-and-a-half-week program in Houston, Texas, where you will receive expert guidance on United's safety protocols and renowned customer service standards. Upon successful completion, you will join our team as a full-time employee, assigned to one of our seven hubs or base locations. During training, you'll receive a $140 weekly stipend, accommodations, and meals. A $1,000 bonus awaits upon graduation.
