Your Role as a United Flight Attendant:
As a United Flight Attendant, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring an exceptional journey for every passenger. This multifaceted role demands a unique blend of skills and attributes:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED); two or more years of college preferred.
- At least one year of customer service experience in industries such as retail, hospitality, food service, education, aviation, or social services.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and German (speaking, reading, and writing). Ability to speak clearly and concisely, projecting your voice effectively, especially during emergencies.
- Proven ability to remain calm and communicate effectively in high-stress situations, such as aircraft evacuations, security threats, flight delays, medical emergencies, and turbulent conditions.
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform, hair, tattoo, and piercing guidelines.
- Proficient in using electronic devices (phones, tablets, laptops).
- Valid U.S. or foreign passport with at least 18 months of remaining validity and applicable visas for unrestricted global travel.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting heavy objects (up to 250 lbs.), reaching overhead, standing, walking, kneeling, and remaining seated for extended periods.
- Successful completion of a DOT drug screen, comprehensive background check, fingerprinting, and vision/hearing tests.
