Qualifications:
Candidates should possess:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (2+ years of college preferred).
- At least one year of customer service experience in industries such as retail, hospitality, or aviation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, including clear and concise speaking ability, particularly in emergency situations.
- Fluency in Hindi (speaking and reading).
- The ability to remain calm and effectively communicate during high-stress situations.
- A professional appearance aligned with United's uniform, grooming, tattoo, and piercing guidelines.
- Proficiency in operating electronic devices like phones, tablets, and laptops.
- A valid passport with at least 18 months of remaining validity and unrestricted global travel eligibility.
- The physical ability to perform required tasks, including lifting heavy objects, pushing beverage carts, and reaching overhead compartments.
