This role demands flexibility, as Flight Attendants must be available for global assignments 24/7, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Comprehensive Training and Support

Selected candidates embark on a comprehensive 6.5-week training program in Houston, Texas. This immersive experience covers United's stringent safety and customer service standards, equipping trainees with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their role. Throughout training, United provides a $140 weekly stipend, accommodations, and meals. Upon successful completion, graduates receive a $1,000 bonus and are welcomed aboard as full-time employees.
