Essential Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (proficiency in Japanese is mandatory for this role).
- Valid U.S. passport or foreign passport with applicable visas, valid for at least 18 months at the time of application.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting heavy luggage and pushing beverage carts.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including a background check, drug test, and vision/hearing tests.
