Comprehensive Training and Support

Prior experience in aviation is not required. United provides a robust 6.5-week training program in Houston, Texas, equipping you with the necessary safety and customer service skills. During training, you will receive a weekly stipend, accommodations, and meals. Upon successful completion, you will be welcomed as a full-time employee and assigned to one of our seven hubs or other base locations.
