VIP Flight Attendant (Embraer ERJ 145)

Travelcoup, a Swiss aviation leader, is seeking a dedicated VIP Flight Attendant to join our team for operations based in Zurich and Munich. We specialize in providing a first-class, semi-private travel experience on our luxuriously appointed Embraer 145 aircraft. Position Overview

The successful candidate will provide premium in-flight service, ensuring an extraordinary experience for our passengers. This full-time role involves managing cabin operations, prioritizing passenger safety, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and welcome guests on short and long-haul flights.
  • Ensure the safety of passengers and cockpit crew by executing all emergency procedures.
  • Perform pre- and post-flight cabin preparation.
  • Conduct regular checks of cabin and emergency equipment.
  • Oversee the organization of cabin equipment and maintain accurate inventory lists.
  • Collaborate effectively with ground staff and flight crew members.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Possession of a valid EASA Flight Attendant License.
  • Valid background check in accordance with § 7 LuftSiG.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-end customer service.
  • Professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are considered an asset.
  • Possession of a valid car driver’s license.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, exceptional resilience, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and independence.
  • Excellent manners and creativity in service delivery.
  • Previous experience on the Embraer 145 is advantageous.
