Captain - Cessna 525 (M2/CJ3+)

This position of Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during all ground and flight operations. The Captain will consistently exceed customer expectations while maintaining clear and effective communication with leadership, team members, and dispatch. The ideal candidate will serve as a leader and mentor to First Officers, fostering a culture of insight, prestige, and authenticity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Captain is administratively responsible to the Chief Pilot and primarily responsible for the safe and efficient ground and in-flight operation of the aircraft. Duties include verifying passenger identification before boarding, ensuring thorough completion of pre-flight checklists, training and mentoring First Officers on assigned flights and aircraft, anticipating customer needs and striving to exceed expectations. The Captain will comply with FAA regulations, the company's General Operations Manual, Operational Specifications, and adhere to departmental operating procedures. The position also requires maintaining communications and coordination with assigned crew, dispatch, maintenance, and administration, as well as performing other duties as assigned by management or senior leadership.

Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications include 3,000 hours of fixed-wing total time, 1,500 hours of Pilot-in-Command total time, 500 hours of total turbine time, and a valid U.S. Passport. Candidates must possess an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, an FCC Radio License, and a current, valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate. The ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while being willing to embrace new challenges, is essential. Candidates must be eligible to fly internationally without restrictions and reside in, or within two hours of, a major airport.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in Corporate Aviation or Part 135 Charter operations, as well as a current type rating for aircraft within the company's fleet.

Physical Requirements:

The Captain must be able to maintain a seated position in a small space for extended periods and maintain a current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Work Environment:

This position requires the Captain to sit for extended periods and interact with customers and other flight crew in a confined space. This position may require spending several days or weeks away from home each week and working irregular hours. The Captain must be available for flights or be notified of cancellations with minimal notice.
