International Captain
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a highly skilled International Captain to join its global flight department. This role demands a commitment to aviation excellence, safety, and precision, supporting business operations across six continents. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Pilot and play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of operational safety and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain strict compliance with all company policies, aircraft manufacturer procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Actively contribute to the Safety Management System (SMS) through proactive hazard identification, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement efforts.

Provide exceptional customer service while representing the organization with the highest levels of professionalism.

Demonstrate strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills to foster a team-oriented culture of safety and standardization.

Manage complex operational challenges, including diverse international regulatory environments and time-critical decision-making.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven senior-level leadership and command capabilities for complex international operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with airplane multiengine class rating.

Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.

FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit (RR).

Valid passport and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

ICAO English Language Proficiency.

Documented Pilot in Command (PIC) experience in international flight operations.

Ability to travel globally without restriction, including meeting all international entry and vaccination requirements.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.

Minimum of eight years of international operational aviation experience (civil, military, or government), including experience with large-cabin business jets.

At least 3,000 hours of total documented flight time.

Gulfstream GVII type rating.
