TUI fly Belgium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced First Officer to join its dynamic pilot team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing unforgettable travel experiences for passengers, operating a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the safe and efficient operation of Boeing 737 aircraft in accordance with TUI fly Belgium's operational procedures and regulations.
• Assist the Captain in all flight phases, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for passengers.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of aircraft systems and procedures, adhering to safety standards and best practices.
• Actively participate in pre-flight briefings, post-flight debriefings, and crew resource management (CRM) activities.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid and recently obtained EASA frozen ATPL license.
• Valid CPL IR/ME, MCC, and an advanced UPRT certificate.
• Valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
• Fluent in English (ELP 5 minimum). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Valid EU passport.

Training and Development:

Upon successful completion of the selection process, candidates will be enrolled in the B737 Type Rating Course at TUI fly Belgium. The type rating course will equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate a B737 aircraft. Following successful completion of the type rating, candidates will commence line training.
