Flight Attendant - Summit Air

As a Flight Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety and comfort, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Safety:
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures to passengers.
- Maintain constant vigilance for any signs of distress in the cabin.
- Provide immediate assistance to passengers during emergency situations, such as evacuations or medical emergencies.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Welcome passengers warmly and engage with them throughout the flight to create a comfortable and friendly environment.
- Assist passengers with seating arrangements.
- Provide attentive and courteous food and beverage service.
- Maintain a clean and orderly cabin throughout the flight.
- Ensure adequate commissary stock items are available for the following shift/flight.
Reporting:
- Complete and submit required safety reports, including SMS reports.
- Contribute to the general orderliness of the aircraft and assist in ensuring on-time departure of every flight.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in customer service.
Previous experience as a Flight Attendant is considered an asset but not mandatory.
Must maintain currency and training on relevant aircraft.
Ability to obtain a Transport Canada security clearance.
Comfortable working in confined spaces.
Comfortable working at high altitudes in a pressurized cabin environment.
