Solairus Aviation is actively recruiting a Full-Time Airbus H145 Captain to contribute to an established operation at the KBNA airport. Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure the safe and proficient operation of the Airbus H145 aircraft.
• Conduct all flights in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to, but not limited to, the following:
  • Thoroughly review the aircraft's maintenance status prior to flight.
  • Execute a comprehensive pre-flight inspection as per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Conduct a complete assessment of weather conditions and facilities along the planned route and at destination and alternate airports.
  • Guarantee flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Prioritize and ensure the safety of all passengers, the aircraft, and the flight crew.
  • Accurately complete all required trip paperwork in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2,000 hours of Total Time.
• Minimum 1,200 Helicopter hours.
• Minimum 1,000 Hours Pilot in Command (PIC) in rotorcraft.
• Minimum 200 hours Instrument time.
• Night flying experience required (NVG experience is considered a bonus).
• Minimum 500 Turbine hours (1,000 turbine hours strongly preferred).
• Previous Time in Type on the Airbus H145 or comparable aircraft is preferred.

Specific Qualifications and Certifications

• Type rated on the Airbus H145 or a comparable aircraft.
• Possession of a current First Class Medical Certificate.
• Availability to work on an on-call basis.
• Ability to complete annual ICAO International procedures training.
• Primary residence must be within a two-hour drive of KBNA, or a willingness to relocate.

Compensation and Benefits

Solairus Aviation determines salary ranges based on comprehensive market analysis from multiple industry sources. Crewmembers can expect compensation between $50,000 and $500,000, which is contingent upon factors including geographic location, individual experience, aircraft type, specific job duties, training completed, and assigned account responsibilities.
