About the Role
Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Captain to operate a Gulfstream G650ER aircraft for an operation based at White Plains, New York (KHPN). The Captain will be responsible for the safe, prudent, and compliant operation of the aircraft, ensuring passenger needs are met while upholding Solairus Aviation's high standards of safety, service, integrity, and professional teamwork.

This role involves flying the Gulfstream G650ER, a sophisticated and high-performance business jet.
Responsibilities

Conducting flights safely and prudently in accordance with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.

Reviewing the aircraft’s maintenance status.

Performing complete pre-flight inspections according to the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.

Checking weather, facilities, route information, and destination/alternate airport data.

Ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.

Protecting the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew.

Accurately completing all required trip paperwork.
Requirements

Minimum of 3,000 hours of total flight time.

Minimum of 1,500 hours of Pilot-In-Command (PIC) time.

Minimum of 1,500 hours of Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time.

Minimum of 500 hours of MEL PIC time.

Minimum of 500 hours of turbojet time.

Minimum of 250 hours of instrument time.

A type rating on the Gulfstream G650 or a comparable aircraft is required.

Must hold a first-class medical certificate.

Ability to work on an on-call basis.

Must complete ICAO international procedures training annually.

Must maintain a primary residence within a two-hour drive of KHPN or be willing to relocate.
