Captain - Gulfstream G650

Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Captain to command a Gulfstream G650 based in Burbank, California. This role is within an elite private aviation environment and involves full responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. The Captain will lead a professional crew, deliver exceptional service to discerning clientele on domestic and global routes, and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism, acting as a brand ambassador for Jet Aviation.

About the Role

• Command all assigned flights, ensuring safety and compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Perform functions of the TSA In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) as applicable.
• Conduct or assign passenger safety briefings, foster open communication on safety matters, report hazards, and document aircraft discrepancies.
• Manage all trip documentation and aircraft manuals, completing paperwork accurately.
• Represent the Jet Aviation brand with professionalism.

Requirements

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP_UNRESTRICTED or ATP_RESTRICTED).
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Minimum 3,500 hours total fixed-wing flight time.
• Minimum 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
• Minimum 1,500 hours Multi-Engine flight time.
• Minimum 500 hours Turbo-Jet flight time.
• Minimum 500 hours Turbine flight time.
• Minimum 100 hours Night flight time.
• Minimum 75 hours Simulated Instrument flight time.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles.
• Willingness to travel extensively worldwide without restriction.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications (Advantageous)

• Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency for the G650.
• College degree.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and management skills.
