Job Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, checklists, and best practices.
- Perform duties for up to 14 hours per day during trips for up to 8 consecutive days, potentially crossing multiple time zones and navigating varying weather conditions.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Be available for overnight trips, including several days and nights away from home in hotels.
- Must reside within 1 hour of the Salt Lake International Airport or commit to relocating within 2 months of hire. Commuting is not an option.
Qualifications
- FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate category and class.

Minimum 1000 hours total flight time, with specific requirements including:
- 950 hours total flight time if currently employed as an active CFI.
- 50 hours multi-engine.
- 50 hours of instrument time.
- 150 hours cross country.
- Valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- FAA Instrument Rating.
- Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license.
- Prior Part 135 experience is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to pass TSA background checks and secure an appropriate SIDA badge when applicable.

Salary, Schedule, and Perks
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.
