The Instructor Pilot is responsible for providing flight simulator and ground-school training for the Embraer Phenom 100/300. This includes supporting type ratings, certificates, internal training, and pilot qualifications. The instructor will conduct professional pre- and post-flight simulator briefings, serve as a subject matter expert, and manage training records. The position offers a career development path, with the opportunity to qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman after approximately 1.5 years of service. The role emphasizes creating a positive learning environment, effective communication, and tailoring instruction to a diverse customer base, all while ensuring accurate documentation in line with CAE and FAA requirements.
