The Instructor Pilot is responsible for providing comprehensive flight simulator and ground-school instruction for assigned aircraft types, supporting type ratings, certificates, and pilot qualifications. Duties include conducting professional pre- and post-flight simulator briefings, serving as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through training programs, and maintaining accurate training records. The position also involves supporting curriculum development and offers a pathway to qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman after approximately 1.5 years. The role requires maintaining professionalism, fostering a positive learning environment, and adapting training methods to a diverse customer base while ensuring accurate documentation.
