About the Role

The SIA Group's Flight Operations Division, within the Integrated Crew Operations & Planning Department, is seeking a dedicated Cabin Crew Manpower Planning Specialist. This pivotal role involves strategic forecasting and meticulous planning to ensure optimal cabin crew resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecasting cabin crew manpower requirements by leveraging data-driven methodologies, aligning with the Budget Operating Plan and seasonal selling strategies. This necessitates close coordination with Rostering, Training, Service Development, Standards, and Talent Management departments.
• Developing and executing scenario planning using predictive models to support informed management decision-making.
• Regularly updating and reviewing the crewing situation and key productivity indicators.
• Providing comprehensive status reports and actionable recommendations for crewing measures.
• Determining cabin crew recruitment, promotion, and training targets to effectively meet operational demands.
• Strategically planning cabin crew annual leave allocations.
• Analyzing the impact of proposals put forth by the Company and the Union.
• Collaborating with vendors and relevant stakeholders on the testing and enhancement of the Manpower Planning System to refine cabin crew requirement forecasts.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience as a collaborative team player with a positive professional demeanor.
• Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
