Job Description

The successful candidate will join the Cabin Crew Business Technology Department in SIA Cabin Crew Division. He/she will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting the implementation of IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, recommend solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with IT teams to design and propose innovative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project status, gather feedback, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Project Support: Assist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project deliverables.
  • Testing and Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance business operations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business IT or IT-related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of working experience in similar role preferred
  • Knowledge/Experience in Agile Methodology, data digital platforms and ecosystem, and/or mobile application development would be advantageous
  • Good communications (oral and written) and presentation skills.
  • A strong team player and able to interact and work well with technical team, business users, and co-workers of all levels.
  • Analytical, systematic, and logical in problem definition and solving.
  • Self-starter, result oriented, and able to multi-task.
