Direct Entry First Officer (Boeing 777)

Job Description

Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

  1. Possess current experience as a Boeing 777 pilot (First Officer or higher), or have the Boeing 777 as the most recent type rating.
  2. Hold a valid CPL/MEIR or MPL with a frozen ATPL, or an ATPL, that is recognized by or can be validated by the CAAS. Eligibility for those with a foreign license can be checked through the provided link.
  3. Have accumulated a minimum of 1500 total multi-crew flying hours on jet engine aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) exceeding 20 tonnes. Candidates possessing between 700 and 1500 hours on such aircraft may be considered and potentially shortlisted, subject to a longer training program if successful.
  4. Hold valid certificates for the following:
    • Class 1 Medical (recognized by or can be validated by CAAS)
    • ICAO English Level 5 or above for in-flight radio-telephony communications
    • Certificate of Test – Multi-Engine Instrument Rating

Selection Process

All interviews will be conducted in Singapore. The selection process will encompass several stages, including online application, interviews with senior management, a simulator assessment, and a medical check-up.

Training

Where required, successful candidates will be provided with comprehensive training to acquire the necessary Aircraft Type Rating.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive compensation package, which includes:

  • A fixed annual salary package equivalent to 13 months’ pay.
  • Profit-sharing bonus based on the Company’s financial performance.
  • Variable allowances for productivity, meals, and transport.
  • 32 days of annual leave.
  • Travel benefits for the employee and eligible family members.

Successful candidates may be assigned to the B747, B777, or B787 fleet. The candidate's previous flying experience may be considered for a command upgrade.

Bond

Successful candidates who receive type rating training will be required to enter a training bond agreement.
