Direct Entry First Officer

An exciting career opportunity awaits as a Pilot, flying with a modern and fuel-efficient fleet. The successful candidate will undergo a rigorous training program designed to meet the highest aviation standards. As the pilot progresses in their career, opportunities will arise to advance to Captain, as well as develop skills in Technical, Training, or Management tracks, subject to assessment.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate, recognized or validated by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).
• Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), Commercial Pilot Licence with Multi-Engine Aircraft Instrument Rating (CPL/MEIR) with frozen ATPL, or Multi Pilot Licence (MPL), recognized or validated by CAAS.
• A minimum of 1500 total multi-crew flying hours on jet engine aircraft with MTOW > 20T is required. Candidates with experience exceeding 700 hours on these aircraft may be considered based on merit and may be required to complete a longer training program.
• Demonstrated ability to speak and understand English with ICAO English Level 5 or above for inflight radio-telephony communications.
• Minimum height requirement of 1.58m to carry out safety and emergency procedures on board.

Selection Process:

The selection process includes various stages: online application, computer aptitude test, interview with senior management, simulator assessment, and medical check-up, all conducted in Singapore.

Training:

Where applicable, successful candidates will receive Aircraft Type Rating training.

Salary and Benefits:

The position offers a comprehensive salary and benefits package:

• A fixed annual salary package of 13 months.
• Profit-sharing bonus based on the Company’s financial performance.

Successful candidates may be assigned to the B747, B777, or B787 fleet. Prior flying experience may be considered for command upgrade.

Bond:

Candidates receiving type rating training will be required to enter a training bond.
