Direct Entry First Officer Position

Career Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate aircraft under the supervision of the Captain.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in all flight operations.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative flight deck environment.

Essential Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), Commercial Pilot Licence with Multi-Engine Aircraft Instrument Rating (CPL/MEIR) with frozen ATPL, or Multi Pilot Licence (MPL), recognized or able to be validated by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). Eligibility for foreign license validation should be verified through the provided channels.
• A minimum of 1500 total multi-crew flying hours on jet engine aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) greater than 20 tonnes. Candidates with between 700 and 1500 hours may be considered for a shortened or longer training program based on demonstrated merit.
• A valid certificate for the following:
  • Class 1 Medical (recognized or can be validated by CAAS)
  • ICAO English Level 5 or above for inflight radio-telephony communications
  • Certificate of Test – Multi-Engine Instrument Rating

Selection Process:

The selection process will be conducted in Singapore and involves:

• Online application submission.
• Computer aptitude testing.
• Interview with senior management.
• Simulator assessment.
• Medical check-up.

Training:

Successful candidates will, where necessary, undergo type rating training for their designated aircraft.
