Pilot-in-Command (PIC) - CE-500 Citation Captain
The organization is seeking an accomplished and highly professional Pilot-in-Command (PIC) to manage and execute flight operations utilizing the CE-500 series aircraft. The Captain is entrusted with the ultimate safety and efficiency of all assigned missions, maintaining unwavering adherence to regulatory standards and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The Pilot-in-Command holds comprehensive responsibility for all phases of flight. While specific tasks may be delegated to the Second-in-Command (SIC), the PIC retains ultimate accountability for the successful completion of the mission.
- Diligently obtain and review all essential weather and flight planning data pertinent to the planned route and destination.
- Ensure meticulous verification of aircraft loading procedures, confirming strict adherence to established center of gravity (CG) and maximum gross weight limitations.
- Operate the aircraft in accordance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company procedures.
Minimum Qualifications and Flight Experience
Certification and Type Rating
- Mandatory and current CE-500 Type Rating is required.
- Valid Multi-Engine Commercial Pilot Certificate (Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate is strongly preferred).
- Must maintain 90-day flight currency.
- Must possess and maintain a valid, current passport.
Required Flight Time
- Minimum Total Time: 2,500 hours
- Minimum Multi-Engine Land Time: 500 hours
