Silver Airways seeks a highly qualified Captain to join their esteemed flight operations team. This position offers a first-year hourly rate of $121.79, along with a competitive compensation package. The role provides an excellent quality of life with minimal overnight stays, multiple career advancement opportunities, and substantial earning potential.
Additional benefits include a per diem of $2.15 per hour, a minimum daily guarantee of 4 credit hours, a minimum monthly guarantee of 75 credit hours, and 100% deadhead pay. Furthermore, the position offers a 401(k) plan with company match and holiday pay at a 150% multiplier.
The ideal candidate must possess an ATP Multi-engine Land Certificate, along with a minimum of 2500 hours total time, including 1000 hours in a Part 121 operation. A current First Class Medical Certificate, an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit, eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship, and a valid, unexpired passport are mandatory.
Preferred qualifications include experience with EFIS/FMS systems, previous experience as an instructor or check airman, and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in an Aviation, Aerospace, or Aeronautics related field.
Please note that new pay rates are effective January 1, 2024, as established by the Letter of Agreement signed on December 28, 2023. While some incentives remain subject to further negotiations, the pay scale is ratified until the expiration of the current collective bargaining agreement on October 1, 2025.
