Seeking Experienced Pilot to Join Our Dynamic Aviation Team
Silver Air is searching for a highly motivated and experienced pilot to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of aviation expertise and interpersonal skills. Specific requirements include:
- Extensive Flight Experience: A minimum of 1500 hours total flight time, including 1000 hours of multi-engine time. 500 hours of turbine time is highly preferred.
- Valid Certifications: Must hold a valid First Class Medical Certificate and possess the ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot. Previous Part 135 experience is a plus.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with colleagues, clients, and all levels of personnel is essential. A professional demeanor and superior customer service skills are paramount.
- Adaptability and Organization: This role demands a high level of detail orientation, exceptional time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities.
- Flexibility and Availability: As Silver Air operates 24/7, the ideal candidate must be comfortable working on an on-call basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
