Position Summary

As a Pilot, the successful candidate will work in conjunction with the Captain to ensure safe, comfortable, and on-time flight operations. The role requires a strong commitment to operational standards while delivering the signature Scoot experience to all passengers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 200 total flying hours as a pilot of aeroplanes.
  • Minimum of 100 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours required for holders of foreign pilot licences.
  • Legal entitlement to work in Singapore.
  • Possession of a Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) ATPL with a Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (minimum 3 months' validity) OR an ICAO-issued ATPL with a Multi-Engine Instrument Rating and a Proficiency Check (minimum 6 months' validity, subject to license conversion).
  • Demonstrated English proficiency at a minimum of ICAO Level 4.
  • Possession of a Class 1 unrestricted medical certificate approved by the Civil Aviation Medical Board (CAMB).

Training and Development

Successful candidates may undergo training to acquire an Aircraft Type Rating. Please note that individuals provided with such training will be subject to a co-payment of costs and must enter into a formal training bond.

Application Process

  • Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a series of online aptitude tests.
  • Selected candidates will be invited to participate in an Assessment Centre scheduled for April 2026.
  • Successful applicants are expected to commence their training period between June and December 2026.
