Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Captain in all phases of flight operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and punctual conduct of flights in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining a high level of situational awareness, adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and contributing to a positive cockpit environment.
- Collaborating effectively with the flight deck crew, cabin crew, and ground personnel to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding passenger experience.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this exciting role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: A minimum of 100 hours of PIC flight time.
- Turbine Time: A minimum of 1000 hours of total turbine engine flight time.
- Type Rating: No specific aircraft type rating is required, as comprehensive type rating training will be provided by Singapore Airlines for successful candidates.
- Licence Requirements: Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or a Commercial Pilot Licence with Multi-Engine Aircraft Instrument Rating (CPL/MEIR) with a frozen ATPL. The licence must be recognized or capable of validation by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).
- Licence Holders: Open to ICAO licence holders.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP): A minimum ICAO ELP Level 5.
- Covid-19 Vaccination: Not specified.
- Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level / International Baccalaureate (IB) / International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) or equivalent, Polytechnic Diploma, or University Degree.
