The selection process is comprehensive and conducted entirely in Singapore. It includes an online application, computer-based assessments, multiple interview stages, a simulator assessment, and a thorough medical check-up.
Successful candidates will undergo advanced training to acquire the necessary Aircraft Type Rating. Eligible individuals may be placed on an accelerated training program to expedite their transition to operational duties.
