Cabin Crew Opportunity at Scoot

Scoot is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Cabin Crew members, affectionately known as Scootees. This role offers the opportunity to explore numerous destinations and engage with diverse cultures while ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional service.

The Cabin Crew member is responsible for maintaining passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight. They will act as brand ambassadors, working collaboratively to provide exceptional service and inject a vibrant and engaging element into every interaction. The ideal candidate will curate enjoyable travel experiences by integrating their comprehensive knowledge of cabin crew duties with a positive and energetic attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the duration of the flight.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, collaborating within a team to deliver exceptional service and add a vibrant touch to all passenger interactions.
• Create enjoyable travel experiences by combining thorough knowledge of duties with a positive mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years to comply with Singapore's legal and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum height of 1.58m (female) / 1.65m (male) to effectively carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard.
• Minimum educational qualifications:
  • 3 GCE 'O' level subject passes (including English); OR
  • 5 GCE 'N(A)' / 'N(T' level subject passes (including English); OR
  • 3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C and above in English.
• Ability to work according to a rostered schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Medically fit to fulfill the duties of a cabin crew member.
• Ability to quickly adapt and manage onboard situations while prioritizing passenger safety.
• Must adhere to grooming policy, maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Visible tattoos are not permitted.

Singapore citizens and permanent residents are eligible for a S$4,000 sign-on bonus and a contract renewal bonus, in addition to the yearly performance bonus.
