Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA)

SAS ATO is experiencing a significant growth in its training department, driven by increased demand for training services. The company is actively harmonizing training procedures internally, with SAS ATO providing training to all SAS AOCs. This expansion requires additional instructors, courses, and dedicated staff to manage the growing workload.

To further support this initiative, SAS ATO seeks a highly motivated and experienced **Cabin Crew Training Assistant (CCTA)** to join the Cabin Crew Training department. The CCTA will work closely with the Assistant Chief Cabin Crew Instructor and will report directly to the Chief Cabin Crew Instructor (CCCI).

The CCTA will play a key role in:

• Standardizing and managing the group of Cabin Crew instructors within the ATO training department.
• Developing and maintaining relevant training programs in accordance with authority regulations and SAS requirements.
• Collaborating closely with the ACCCI to ensure all AOCs are aligned on training requirements and content.
• Focusing on differences in AOC manuals and ensuring specific requirements are covered across all AOCs.
• Providing daily support to the CCCI in all relevant areas.
• Acting as the CCCI in periods of absence.

Leadership experience is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

This position demands a deep understanding of aviation authority requirements, including the ability to efficiently analyze and interpret manuals and regulations.

Teaching experience is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate and work effectively with others, exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills.
