Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of a Cabin Crew member is to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the flight, while also delivering exceptional service to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere on board. This requires close collaboration with colleagues to maintain efficient and safe operations.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates are required to meet the following minimum criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Height between 160 cm and 190 cm (without shoes).
- Completed education to a minimum level of high school or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience. Experience in hospitality, sales, or service is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English language (Berlitz level B2 or equivalent, minimum gym. B).
- Possesses strong swimming skills.
- Able to comply with SAS uniform regulations regarding tattoos and piercings. Tattoos on the face are not permitted. Tattoos with offensive or religious motives, and piercings, are not in accordance with policy. Tattoos on the hands or neck must not exceed one centimeter in size and are limited to a maximum of one.
- Holds a valid EU passport permitting free travel worldwide.
- Eligible to live and work permanently in Denmark.
Security and Health Requirements
Employment requires candidates to successfully complete several checks and certifications:
- Approval following a security interview and background check for access cards.
- Successful completion of the required training course.
- Meeting the company’s specific requirements set for Cabin Crew.
- Demonstrating good physical and mental health, including good vision (+/- 0.7 with or without corrections). Candidates must be able to obtain a health certificate according to EASA Regulations.
- Passing required drug and alcohol tests (blood and urine samples) before the commencement of the training course.
- Obtaining an exhaustive police certificate/clean record and approval from aviation authorities, as premises and work are located within airport security-related areas.

The role demands adaptability and a high work capacity to effectively manage irregular hours and schedules. Candidates who are Korean speakers living in Copenhagen are particularly encouraged to apply.
Recruitment occurs based on operational needs. The first training courses for this position are scheduled for October, with the last courses running through June 2026.
