SAS is actively recruiting Cabin Crew to join their team at Stockholm Airport Arlanda. The Cabin Crew is responsible for ensuring the safety, punctuality, service, and onboard sales for all SAS flights.

This position offers both full-time employment (100%) and part-time opportunities within a resource pool. Resource pool positions primarily involve working weekends, holidays, and during peak summer season, providing a flexible option suitable for students or those with other part-time commitments. Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Height must be between 160 cm and 190 cm.
  • Successful completion of high school education is required.
  • Demonstrated excellent English language proficiency (Berlitz level B2 or equivalent).
  • Must possess good physical and mental health, including good vision (+/- 0.7 with or without correction).
  • Must be able to obtain health certification, including passing drug and alcohol testing.
  • Demonstrated strong swimming skills.
  • Must comply with uniform regulations.
  • Must hold a valid EU passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel.
  • Must be eligible to live and work permanently in Sweden.
  • Must have a clean criminal record from all countries of residence and be willing to undergo a 5-year background check prior to employment.

Requirements for Experienced Cabin Crew:

  • Must possess a valid EASA Attestation (with a minimum of 12 months of continuous flying experience within the last four years).
  • Must possess a valid EASA Cabin Crew Medical Certificate.
  • Prior experience as a senior cabin crew member is considered advantageous.

Security Requirements:

Employment is contingent upon obtaining an approved medical certificate, passing a background check for access cards, successfully completing a required training course, and fulfilling all company standards for cabin crew. Mandatory drug and alcohol testing (blood and urine samples), including specific testing for risky alcohol consumption (CDT and PEth tests) and narcotics, must be completed prior to the commencement of training. All work premises are located within the airport's security-restricted area; therefore, an exhaustive police certificate/clean record and approval from aviation authorities are mandatory.
