Essential Qualifications & Requirements:
Prospective candidates for the Cabin Crew position should meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a clean criminal record.
- Preferably hold a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
- Ability to obtain and maintain an approved medical certificate.
- Hold a European unrestricted passport allowing visa-free entry to Norwegian destinations.
- Possess a valid work permit for Sweden.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- A minimum age of 20 years.
- A height of at least 160 cm or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
- Proficiency in swimming.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language is preferred.
- Residency within 90 minutes of the Stockholm base, or a willingness to relocate.
- Adherence to appearance standards: no visible tattoos on the face or neck; hand or ear tattoos not exceeding 1.5 cm.
- Preferably, completion of upper secondary education (academic or vocational track) or equivalent. Relevant experience in service-oriented professions may be considered in lieu of formal schooling.
Post-Selection Requirements:
Upon successful selection, candidates will be required to obtain:
- An approved medical certificate, inclusive of intoxication/alcohol testing.
- A satisfactory background check to secure airport admission credentials.
- Successful completion of Norwegian's comprehensive Cabin Crew training course.
