A320 Captain - Flexible Part-Time Position in Copenhagen

An exceptional opportunity exists for a qualified Captain to join a dynamic airline on its A320 fleet, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. This role initially features a flexible part-time agreement of 83.3% for the first 24 months, with the option to transition to a full-time 100% contract thereafter.

Work Schedule and Lifestyle Balance

This unique position is designed to enhance work-life balance. It includes an generous 42 days of vacation per year and a maximum of 155 working days annually, with no PR-days. The monthly base salary is calculated at 83.3%. While workload will peak at approximately 100% during the summer months and in December, it will adjust to 50% or 75% for the remainder of the year. This flexibility allows ample time to utilize extensive travel benefits and spend quality time with friends and family.

Flight Time Requirements

A minimum of 4,000 hours of Total Time.
At least 2,000 hours in jet aircraft or high-speed turboprop operations.
A minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the A320.
Proven experience in Nordic winter operations.

Minimum Qualifications

An unrestricted EASA ATPL (A).
An EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (A), Commercial Pilot Licence (A), or Multi-Crew Pilot Licence. (Note: Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted but require conversion prior to course commencement).
A valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
A valid Instrument Rating.
ICAO English Level 5 or 6 proficiency.
Unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union.
A clean criminal record.

All listed requirements must be met, and all licenses and medical certificates must be valid and current at the time of application.
