A320 Captain - Flexible Part-Time Position in Copenhagen
An exceptional opportunity exists for a qualified Captain to join a dynamic airline on its A320 fleet, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. This role initially features a flexible part-time agreement of 83.3% for the first 24 months, with the option to transition to a full-time 100% contract thereafter.
Work Schedule and Lifestyle Balance
This unique position is designed to enhance work-life balance. It includes an generous 42 days of vacation per year and a maximum of 155 working days annually, with no PR-days. The monthly base salary is calculated at 83.3%. While workload will peak at approximately 100% during the summer months and in December, it will adjust to 50% or 75% for the remainder of the year. This flexibility allows ample time to utilize extensive travel benefits and spend quality time with friends and family.

Flight Time Requirements
- A minimum of 4,000 hours of Total Time.
- At least 2,000 hours in jet aircraft or high-speed turboprop operations.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the A320.
- Proven experience in Nordic winter operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- An unrestricted EASA ATPL (A).
- An EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (A), Commercial Pilot Licence (A), or Multi-Crew Pilot Licence. (Note: Non-Scandinavian EASA licenses are accepted but require conversion prior to course commencement).
- A valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
- A valid Instrument Rating.
- ICAO English Level 5 or 6 proficiency.
- Unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union.
- A clean criminal record.
