Conduct flight instruction for flight crew members for all required trainings in simulator or FTD.
Conduct relevant ground training when required.
Review performance of flight crew members after completion of flight training curriculum and make appropriate recommendations.
Ensure all simulator / FTD trainings are conducted in accordance with PSAA training manual, relevant operator procedures and/ or GACA standards as applicable.
Assess and evaluate trainees' performance during training course and take necessary corrective action if needed.
Monitor all training tools and equipment and report any irregularities to the Section Manager.
Maintain line familiarity with operation procedure and line operation by participating in line observation program as instructed by the section manager.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge on the latest development of training aids, tools and techniques and suggest cost effective recommendations.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the section manager.
Minimum qualification is Commercial Pilot License issued by GACA with appropriate type rating.
Holds an ATP certificate with an Airplane category multi-Engine class rating as a PIC in GACAR Part 121 operation or similar.
