Job Summary
SC Aviation is actively seeking an exceptional and highly skilled Captain to assume command of its Hawker aircraft fleet. This pivotal role mandates a proven leader capable of guiding a team of dedicated aviation professionals, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service, impeccable safety, and luxurious flight experiences for the company's esteemed clientele. The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding operational excellence and maintaining strict adherence to the highest standards of aviation compliance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently commands Hawker aircraft during all flight operations, prioritizing passenger and crew well-being.
- Ensures the delivery of superior in-flight experiences, consistently exceeding client expectations for comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintains strict adherence to all aviation regulations, company policies, and rigorous safety protocols.
- Collaborates effectively on comprehensive flight planning, including route optimization, scheduling, and operational parameter assessment.
- Commits to continuous professional development, staying abreast of evolving industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in aviation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Possesses a minimum of 3,000 hours Total Time, with at least 1,500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC), and 100 hours Turbine time.
- Licenses & Certifications: Holds a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) license and a current 1st Class Medical Certificate. An HS-125 type rating is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrates exceptional piloting proficiency, robust leadership capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attributes: Must be meticulously detail-oriented, profoundly customer-focused, and possess a genuine passion for aviation excellence.
- Location: Required to reside within 90 miles of Janesville, Wisconsin.
